The second annual Legends Cup was another major success for Swinburne FC – both financially and as a community celebration.

Held on June 28 at Howard Dawson Reserve, the event drew a fantastic crowd for a day of football and family fun. The Legends claimed a 2-0 win in a competitive match, cheered on by supporters young and old.

Off the pitch, kids enjoyed face painting, music from a live DJ kept energy high, and the BBQ was a hit throughout the day. The event raised valuable funds for the club’s future and showcased the strength of our small but strong community

We were honoured to welcome special guests including John Pesutto MP (Member for Hawthorn) and Boroondara Deputy Mayor Victor Franco, who presented the trophy to the winning Legends team post-match.

A huge thanks to everyone who helped make the day possible. The Legends Cup is now a cornerstone of our calendar and it’s only growing.
