Expressions of interest are open for 2027
Want to play for the Burners next season? Tell us about yourself with one short form and the right committee member will be in touch within a week.
Swinburne FC is looking for new players for the 2027 season. Whether you have played all your life or you are coming back after a long break, we would love to hear from you.
We are a player-run Sunday League club based at Howard Dawson Reserve in Glen Iris, and we field four men’s teams in 2027, including a new casual Over 30s side. There is a spot for people at every level.
How it works
- Fill in the short expression of interest form on our Join page.
- Your form goes straight to the committee and you get a confirmation email straight away.
- The right committee member gets in touch within a week.
- Come down to training on a Tuesday or Thursday, arriving by 6:15 for a 6:30pm start at Howard Dawson Reserve.
Training runs from late January to September, so please do not turn up in the off-season. We will let you know when pre-season starts.
Ready to put your hand up? The form takes a couple of minutes. Register your interest and we will take it from there. You can see the steps and fees for next season on the Registration page.
Not a player? The same form is open to anyone who wants to volunteer, reconnect as a past player or sponsor the club. Hope to see you out there.
